Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you love your Arabella London swimwear but, if you are unhappy in any way, we shall give you a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Returns are free within the UK. Please email us on customercare@arabellalondon.
We are not liable for any customs duties and taxes on items returned to the UK. Your return transit documents should state: Goods not suitable - being returned to UK: no commercial value.
You may request that we provide an exchange rather than a refund. Exchanges can only be provided of different sizes and colours and subject to availability. Please email us on customercare@arabellalondon.
For all returns and cancellations made in accordance with these terms, we shall, if requested, issue a full refund excluding the basic shipping cost paid without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you all of the cancelled goods which have been supplied or evidence that you have returned all such goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the date your notice of cancellation is received by us.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and you will not incur any fees for the re-imbursement.
Condition of Returns / Exchanges
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In particular, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all Arabella London and other designer garment tags and any hygienic liners and adhesive strips still attached and not having been removed. Items scented with perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted for return. Where provided, any designer packaging such as boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags and tags must be included with your return.
We track returns by customers and reserve the right to withdraw the rights to return if excessive returns are requested.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items are not faulty if damage results from normal wear and tear.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply return the faulty goods to us within 14 days of the day you received them.
If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, this can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
For purchases within the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which the last of the goods you wish to cancel are delivered to you. To exercise this right, you must inform us by letter to: Customer Care Department, Arabella London, 98, Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 6JT, United Kingdom or by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You may use the Cancellation Form here but you are not required to do so. To qualify for this right,a cancelled order must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your notice of cancellation to us.
